REFUNDS
This purchase is non refundable and non exchangable
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The workshop involves physical activities including but not limited to: walking, hiking, horse back riding, and other mobility involved in photography shoots. You agree not to hold Arica Lipp, Arica Lipp Photography, or any of the associated assistants or models liable for any accident, injury, or loss of property.
MODELS
Models are not to be touched under any cercumstances
Models are to be tagged in all social media that include their likeness.
For our models saftey they are not to be posed in any dangerous places or compromising positions.
CONDUCT
Be respectful of all locations where we may be shooting, habitating, or dining at.
Treat other attendees with kindness and respect.
Do not over indulge in consumption of alcohol or stimulants for the safety of self and others. If you are found to not be in a sober state during photo shoots you will be asked to remove yourself until such time as you can function appropriately.
IMAGE USAGE
All images taken are permited to be used for your business marketing for photography shoots but not for other workshops or education. These images are not permited to be used in photographic competitions.
